If you add a child or family member to your account, we will collect their name, email address, and mobile phone number. Billing information may be collected if you subscribe to our Premium service. Additionally, we may collect information from a parent to obtain verifiable parental consent for a child’s use of LocateLy. When you register through social media (e.g., Facebook), we receive information such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID, age range, language, and country, based on your privacy settings with the social network.

Geolocation: We collect your unique user identifier and location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation to provide the LocateLy Service. We also collect location data from your Location Alerts to notify you when you arrive or leave specific places. If location sharing is turned off, we will not share your location with family members but will still collect location data while logged in to provide the service. Location information is maintained only as long as necessary and then deleted.

Messages and User Content: We collect information when you message other members through our service and may retain any messages sent to us.

Sensitive personal information, such as data related to race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs, health, sexual orientation, or criminal records, is only collected when voluntarily provided or as required by law. We protect your personal information in our servers ( server is firebase that we use only for analytical to improve app functionality. we take consent of every user that use our app. implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information and location data, using secure technologies and procedures to limit unauthorized access. However, no security measures can guarantee complete protection. In the event of a security breach, we will investigate and notify affected individuals as required by law.
